i am a mechanical engineer at the age of 25. i am having a chronic problem

now i am having no urinary sensation& very weak low ubdomen muscle and having crushing/tigth grip in the tail bone. it seems my all genital muscle are weak.
thougH i can exercate , i feel something is pulling down/crushing my htailbone &spinal cord side end of anus and tailbone is pasted together it seems.
