Hello, ive recently started to suffer from weak erections. This had occured about a year ago but i then started taking 1000mg of L-arginine (i.e to increase NO2 levels), 500mg-L tyrosine and choline suplemenets, and my erections became much stronger once again. However i have recently started to do more weight training and since then i have found that my erections and not fully hard. ive tried upping the dose of Arginine To 2000mg a day but it doesnt seem to work. Also my erections are never pointing upright, horizontal at best (i.e 3 O'clock). I am sexually active, and I am doing more cardiovascular training aswell. what I'm basically asking is what must i do to achieve a more powerful and upright erection? are there any particular supplements I can take? also I do not smoke, and only drink small amounts of alcohol and my diet is generally quite healthy.
