Please I need your help.
I am 23 years old man. I masturbated a lot. I have developed anxiety type symtopms like palpitations (Rapid heart beats) temporary pain on some parts of my body and fatigue.

Went to my doctors to do blood test, heart test. Nothing is wrong. But I still feel the same symptoms.

Could this have been caused by overmasturbation.
How is this problem related to the Thyroids?
