In addition to the stretch I was doing PC flexes and another exercise where I get an erection and then trap the blood in my penis by gripping firmly around the base. When it swells, I grip with my other hand just under the penis head and it swells really thick. I think it started to work but after a few months I noticed a dark bruise on the side of my penis that won't go away. Now I can barely achieve a full erection like I used to. On top of that I ejaculate very quickly during intercourse and it hurts in my belly. Also, I have the sensation that I have to urinate very frequently. This is all scaring me very much because I fear I am going to be impotent soon. I will immediately stop all stretches and PC flexes. Is there anything I can do to help bring back my full erection?
