Medical Student needs help for prostatitis and heartburn due to starting over-masturbation before puberty

Hello ActionLove.com. I need your help. I am a 23 year old first year medical student who is having problems with my erection. I have been masturbating since I was 12 years old every day. Most days I have done it 4-5 times a day. In the last 2 or 3 years I have noticed that I dont get spontaneous erections anymore. Since September I have been diagnosed with prostatitis and have been taking antibiotics for it. My question to you is this. What can I do to help my situation. I want to be able to have normal erections again. Right now my erections are very weak. ( sometimes I dont get them at all) my penis bends to the right. and it has shrunk when it is flaccid. i dont want to take any medication as i am already on nex?um for my heartburn and l?vaquin for the prostatitis. but i was wondering what sort of behavior changes i can do to improve my situation. please help me. i have other friends like me. one is also undergoing the same thing as me. anticipating your reply.
