I am married and have been for 6 years, i also had the same partner 5 years before marrage and we love each other but my premature ejeculation, which has continued since about 16 is putting stress on our relationship now more then ever. I need to find a sollution.

I have never exceeded sex or ejaculation over 2-3 times a week. but sometimes 2 times a night. i have had surgery due to a desease caused by parasitic infestation known as bilhasia, this shrunk the valves on my uratures( tubes from kidney to bladder)causing major kidney pains and stretching of the said tubes. My premature ejaculation existed prior to this and never got better or worse. other than that there has been nothing. i do sometimes get a shooting pain in my prostate area due to gas movement (i think) and my teticals are very sensitive to touch. The left always sits far lower then the other and there is some discomfort but ocasional.

i suspect my urinary tract or prostate.
