Hello Dr Lin. I would first like to thank you for all your hard efforts and work.

I have several concerns that I would like cleared up. First of all, I am 25 years old, and have been an active person most of my life. (I need to give you a brief history as maybe these circumstances led to my issues today).

I began masturbating at around 6 years of age almost every day until today. Most times twice daily, and on occasions 5, 6, or even 7 times (from late teens but it was a rare act). I never forced myself to masturbate; I was just VERY turned on from thoughts and so forth.

I always played some form of sport such as soccer and martial arts as well as music from 6 yrs of age (which I believe may have some sort of stimulation to the brain - health wise). I was always a sexually active person from the age of 19 and never had problems with intercourse or erection problems. I mainly never ejaculated within 10 mins of first time intercourse, but I was never phased because my partner would always achieve orgasm by that time. Also, I could get it up and going within another 10 mins and go for much longer. I was very content and confident!

I would like to mention that I was always fully erect and throbbing and am of average size.

During this time, I was very active with my martial arts (been doing it for almost 10 years), though I had to stop my martial arts at the age of 20 because of knee injuries. From then on, I never did any form of exercise or music. Everything came to a halt as I concentrated on my studies at Uni.

>From this, I studied very hard, stressed A LOT and gained weight. 18 kgs!! So I went from a Fit and healthy 88kg to a maximum 106kg within 3 years of my studies. I still study today. (I could not do any form of exercise due to my knees- very bad condition). In the mean time though (from 21 to 23), things were ok sexually, but I did notice a big drop in Libido and erection power. Some times I could not get it up with a sex partner and became very embarrassed and insecurity set in.

I am now on my way to recovery with losing weight (now 98kg) as I recently had my operation on my knees.

What really triggered my concerns was that I became over sensitive at the tip of my penis. So sensitive that I could ejaculate within 5 SECONDS of intercourse and take MUCH LONGER to get it up again (over 30 mins)!! It got that bad. Also, I was not fully erect, and have forgotten how that throbbing feeling feels like. I called up a menís erection dysfunction clinic and they said that I have erection dysfunction (because I am not getting it fully erect and sensitivity takes over) and not Premature Ejaculation (which is what I thought I had). I did not order any of their products.

I would like to say that whenever I orgasm, I get buzzing sounds in my ear and lower back pain and even delay in being alert as well as other symptoms like depression and insecurity. My best position was woman on top as I could last the longest and perform very well, but now I just try and hope I donít orgasm within 1 minute. 

On top of things, because of lack of full erection, I think that my penis has shrunken in size. And my ejaculation volume is not good at all Ė PLEASE NOTE: my ejaculation shooting or volume was never a wow factor. Just average, but it has gotten worse over time. I want to be able to shoot sperm!

I feel so inadequate!

Help me Dr. Lin. I would love to take control of my sex life again with that hard throbbing penis, lasting power and powerful ejaculations. Currently, you got sexual exhaustion symptoms with a low dopamine, cholinergic, serotonin and GABA nervous function.
An hour moderate exercise increase the dopamine nervous function without increasing stress hormone norepinephrine and epinephrine while soft music elevates your serotonin and GABA to sooth your mind and reduce the hypothalamic and adrenal dopamine-norepinephrine conversion.
Dopamine is essential to  the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal and testicular axis.   Sexual stimulation increases dopamine, norepinephrine and epinephrine, instantaneously. When dopamine runs high, you are stimulating with a high level of oxytocin release. With a high oxytocin, norepinephrine and epinephrine, your penile and testicular arteries dilate to pump up your testicular function for more androgen hormones in support your erectile function. When dopamine runs out, the hypothalamus-pituitary axis drops the production and release of oxytocin and elevates the release of prolactin, leading to sympathetic nervous fight and flight responses, where Fight = precum/semen leakage or premature ejaculation, and Flight = going limp or impotence. After ejaculation, acetylcholine, serotonin and GABA run down, following dopamine,  if there is not enough 5-HTP and glutamate (or glutamine) or if your liver can not provide sufficient enzymes enzyme aromatic-L-amino-acid decarboxylase (with Vitamin B6) and L-glutamic acid decarboxylase (with pyridoxal phosphate an active form of vitamin B6) for 5-HTP-serotonin and glutamate-GABA conversion, respectively.  A high level of glutamate in the retinal visual sensory circuits causes eye floaters while a high level of glutamate in the cochlea's hair cells produces ear buzzing.  In the post-ejaculation state, if your dopamine, serotonin and GABA nervous function are too weak and and your androgen hormones become too low to support your body function, you will get Postal-Orgasm Stress Trauma - the postal-orgasm illness and sexual exhaustion exhaustion symptoms.  Usually, you will also get more deals than what you expect, with excessive norepinephrine and excessive prolactin induced inflammatory responses.
