I HAD A CLOSED END VASECTOMY 5 YEARS AGO. SINCE THEN, A SPERMATOCELE HAS FORMED ON MY RIGHT TESTICLE AND I HAVE PAIN RADIATING OUT OF MY LEFT TESTCLE INTO MY UPPER GROIN AND THEN INTO MY LOWER BACK ON THE LEFT SIDE.
