I am 26 yrs old. I started masterbating before puberty, as a result I became addicted to it. I am slowly leaving this bad habit and strictly following your advice of ejaculation only once.

When you ejaculate, your prostate and urethra are stimulated, or maybe abraded by the semen jet; and their tissues produces prostaglandin E-2 to for more ejaculation urgency and continuous sexual arousal, or likely re-erection in a short time if your pituitary release no much prolactin. Prostaglandin E-2 inside the prostate and urethra, or in urine or semen can trigger post-ejaculation re-erection after a nap or night sleep, You need more prostaglandin E-1 and E-3 production to reduce the post-ejaculation re-ejaculation urgency and to heal the prostate/urethral abrasion and also shorten your refraction time for post-ejaculation re-rection.
The prostate/urethral abrasion induced prostaglandin E-2 will let you feel uncomfortable all day long unless you take a nap or have nice sleep to let melatonin repair the ejaculation damage. 
to increase your testosterone level, you have to reduce stress, do moderate exercises every day, eat proteins and sea foods with vegetables and fruits (or drink juices), and regulate your ejaculation frequency, massage your penis and testicles every day, and use cool water to stimulate your testicles.
