I am writing you because I have some concerns with what I may be doing to my body. I am 27 years old and I am still in the early stages of potentially big problems and this is my first step to turning things around. I went through a phase from 2000 - 2005 of smoking a lot of pot and masturbating/sex 2-3 times a day. I now masturbate about 5 times a week and I still have worrisome symptoms of frequent urination, extra leakage after I'm done urinating, the feeling of having to urinate but nothing comes out, complete numbness/coldness of the head of my penis, slight burning when urinating after every masturbation session, and discomfort in abdomen section (probably bladder), depression and anxiety (which runs in family). I should also tell you that during those 5 years I would go to many bars and concerts and hold in my pee for hours and hours because I didn't like using the public restrooms. One other thing is the manor of how I masturbate. I masturbate over internet porn and I have gotten to the point to where I squeeze and rub my penis in almost a violent way and this could last like 30 minutes to an hour.
