Case Study -  Practices and experiences of the Sexual ChiKong Breathing Vs. the Microcosmic Orbiting, for sexual orgasm.
Reader: 10/14/2001>
Your description of the Sexual ChiKong breathing is very helpful, thank you. I do have some questions though. In the 3rd step how many breaths does it usually take to get a sufficient pressure on the bladder and prostate? and in the 4th step, do you contract your anus just once and then return to step 2?

Dr. Lin: 10/16/2001>

1. One deep, long, but slow, inhaling for 5-10 seconds is enough to pressurize your bladder. You have to expand your low abdomen to "trap" the pressures.
2. You keep contracting your anal/tailbone muscles when you perform a sequence of digital inhales. If you contract the anal/tailbone muscles with each inhale, you will feel your anus sucking air (Chi) into your spine. After your tailbone muscles are well-trained, they will spontaneously and periodically contract at a rate of 0.8 second, no matter how slow you inhale during your digitally anal inhaling practice.  Of course, you can contract your anus just once, but you won't get the spontaneous and periodical contraction. If you contract once without exerting an expansive pressure against your bladder from your low abdomen, the ChiKong  practice is called the Microcosmic Orbting which is different from my Sexual ChiKong Breathing by the digital anal inhaling and the bladder pressurization.  My Sexual ChiKong Breathing will induce the contracting pleasure in the tailbone, switching sexual responses from the prostate to tailbone for prolonging lovemaking and male orgasm without ejaculation.  Note: To experiencing the spontaneous tailbone muscular contraction during the Sexual ChiKong practice, you must be able to have frequently spontaneous penile erection without oral or hand jobs,  when your brain and mind are at rest - the condition for the brain's acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous systems (the Chinese Yin Chi system) to recharge your organs including your testicles, prostate and penis. This is why I called the practice "Sexual" ChiKong.
