Progesterone, vaginal dryness and sexual orgasm

Reader1 : I have a problem with vaginal dryness. I am only 22 years old and have asked my doctor and she tested my estrogen but my levels were fine. I love my sex life and have no complaints at all in that department but would like to figure out what is wrong. Mentally, I am in the mood, but I am always dry. I would like it if I had natural lubrication and would not have to use OTC lubricants. Do you have any ideas? Please help.
