I am suffering from a strange problem that I have not been able to get
diagnosed from a Urologist. When I have to urinate, the emptying pressure
is not very great. Also, when I orgasm, I don't have any pulsing
sensations. It just ooooozes out. I masturbated on a daily basis for for
years. I'm 31 now. I have stopped masturbating for about 5 months now
(maybe I will masturbate once a month). Also, I used to smoke
(cigarettes/marijuana). Any ideas on what I can do to get some more pop in
orgasms and urinating?

Both problems are a result of the weak parasympathetic nervous function.
