Well I just came across this site recently and i have read many testimonials from people,and the probelms and etc. My problem is basically my penis and its size and also my testicles. When i was 14 i decided to start lifting weights because i wanted alot of muscles. Well at first people told me to wait until i was 18, which was problably a good idea but i didnt. When i wouldn masterbate i could lift weights normally but usullay i would feel weak and light headed not as much energy. this continued almost all throught high school. Well what i didnt pay attention to was the fact that my penis had shrunk or not grown i wasnt sure because i'd always assume it would grow. And i was also to fixated with being stronger. My testicales had shrunk alot also. i remember because i used to have them normal size and my left testicle used to be bigger than my right one. Well ultimately i stopped lifting weights i guess when i was 17 hitting 18 becuases i just couldnt bear it anymore. Weight lifting was the only thing i could think of that ruined me. It seemed so obivious because some people assumed that bigger muschles and smaller penis. i guess they were right. But the thing is people also thought i had taken steroids and stuff like that. But i never did. After a while i started to think about it, Lifting weights and masterbating so much had to have damaged me. i mean my testicales have shrunk. Thats probably my penis hastnt grown or shrunk. I have searched for every possible method but i remain to scepticle. I am in desperate help.

Well, it is a bad combination of weight lifting and over-masturbation.
You need a lot of testosterone to be burned into DHT in your penile and testicular tissuess to grow your penis. With Weight lifting and over-masturbation, you have nothing left to grow your penis.
I think your penis still have a chance to gain some length and girth before you reach 25 when your DHEA level starts to drop.
