My problem is that I have been masturbating since my early teenage years at least once a day and some times even 4-5 times. It is a good idea to replace masturbation with exercise. A military boot camp helped me to quit my masturbation habit in my 18. After that, I have learned how to control masturbation only for releasing my pelvic congestion and prostate pressure and unlocking the brain's testosterone negative feedback controller of my brain-testicular function. That is, I use masturbation to reboost my testicular function, flush my prostate, and cleanse my over-stock semen in my seminal vesicles.

A moderate exercise will help you sweat out stress hormone adrenalin
and burn testosterone to unlock the brain-testicular function for
