Dear doc. Lin,
I've been practising heavy masturbation since I was 13 years old, and I've never felt uncomfortable or, worstly, unhealty with it.
But recently, I experienced some symptoms, not actually problems, expecially related to poor intellectual performance and, as regards psichic sphere, episodes of panic disorders.
I'm quite convinced that masturbation plays an outstanding role in the etiology
of over mentioned symptoms.
I spent quite a lot of time seaching for information over the internet on this
subject, and I realised that most of symptoms of overmasturbaiton are related,
(in classic literature), to:
1. Mental disorders
2. Sight impairment
3. Penis shrinking
4. Hair loss
5. Premature aging
Well, I can pick out just number 1. 2. and 5. from the list provided above.
In particular, I suffer for severe myopia ( -8.0) and eft eye retina damage.
I would like to know if slow down or stopping masturbation could be helpful
to recover some of the above mentioned problems.
