Since you are young, you still have a chance to reverse this situation with a proper diet and regulated ejaculation frequency.
Diet: Limit your red meat intake to no more than 1/4 lb a day and dairy products to a cup of 300-500 CC milk or 2-3 oz cheese. Red meat and dairy products contains too much synthesis hormones that stimulates the sympathetic, sexual nerves for sex/masturbation/ejaculation (high libido) for both sexes.
