Can you train yourself with a deep belly breathing in every morning?
Practice it 10-30 minutes every morning. Gradually , you will get used to this type of breathing. It can calm down your sympathetic function to lower down your blood pressure.
Every time when you are panic, practice the belly breathing.
The bellying or anal breathings not only lower down your blood pressure, but also help restore your heart racing.
This is because the parasympathetic nerves to the heart and the lungs interfere each other at a short distance.
