I practice ejaculation control and exercise the muscles near my tail bone. Lately I stopped my exercise. I realized that I have to urinate more often and erection is not as hard.
Is there any relation?

Increase of the Urinating frequency indicates you have stimulated your prostate nerves.
It seems you contract too heavily, affecting the prostate nerve. Can you lightly contract the tail-bone muscle? I means very light. In each deep inhale, do it 5-10 times and as short as possible.
Theoretically, if you do it right, your mind will go to a deep relaxation state and your parasympathetic, sexual motor nerve should get charged, that is, increasing your capacity for erection.
If you do it wrong, you will feel pain around your prostate. This pain is due to the heavy contraction of the prostate (PC) muscle. You can activate the autorhythmic fibers to make you come quickly. This is the Women's ChiKong - Tai-Chi Yang-Kong.

Dear Dr.Lin,
Thank you for your advice. I have been practicing ejaculation control for some time. However I suspect that I might have overdone it as I have difficulty sustaining my erection for the past two days. Do you think this has anything to do with it?
Every time after I practice ejaculation control my penis will become very sensitive (sometimes less erect). Could you explain the reason behind it and what I could do to avoid it? Thank you.

You overkill the prostate muscle!
You trap sexual energy in the prostate area. You should lightly contract the taib bone muscle. this is very critical!!!

I have recently purchased your book and I am still in the process of reading it. It has been very informative. I realized that I might have made a few errors when I practiced the ejaculation control technique (contracting the wrong muscles and not ejaculating at all). As a result lately my penis is less hard and I can't sustain my erection.
1)What can I do to undo the damage?
2)Is there any exercise (chikong, Taichi, meditation, jogging, etc.)
that I could do without including my partner and food that can help me maintain and help me "improve" overall ?
3)Can I perform the "power up" technique without including my partner?
