Reg : Sensations, discomfort , pain at genitals started after excess masterbation in anger one & quater year back.

I am suffering from lots of sensations,discomfort& pain at gentitals since last 1 & quater year. My discomforts are so severe that I m not able to live my normal life. The mussles above penis area up to bladder seems to have no tone.I m also finding lots of discomfort after urination though the urine flow is perfect. their is no burning in urine but sometimes their is pain after urination.Right now I m not doing masterbation regularly. All the urine & blood tests : Normal.

I am young guy 30 years unmarried & really suffreing a lot in this beautiful world created by god. none of the medicine is working. till dt. I hv tried all the allopathic , homeopathic, ayurvedic medicines avialable in India for urine infexctions., prostatits, to remove inflammation of prostate & bladder & testies.I hv also tried yoga & naturopathy.I hv also tried psychritis medicienes for 3 months & above.Right now my all tests are normal but I m really suffering from a lot.
