Case Title:  When water jets caused clitoral inflammatory over-sensitivity and pains, you got a warning sign of clitoral and G-spot death for no sexual orgasm.
Reader: 4/21/2005>
I have been masturbating for about a year and two months. My first orgasm I recieved from "scratching" my clitoris through my pants. I couldn't recieve any more from that afterwards. Later on, I found that I could orgasm from positioning myself under the lightly running water in the bathtub. I position myself so that the water comes down on the top of my clitoris, but never directly onto it, because it's too sensitive. It stimulates the part where the lips join together, and cover the clitoris.

I have read about the "death of the clitoris" from overuse of the vibrator or the showerhead. I was wondering, could I get that problem from doing what I'm doing? I do it at least once a day, usually two times and sometimes three. I get an orgasm every time.

Also, not too long ago, I was masturbating and as I pulled myself out from under the water (I sometimes need to take breaks because I'm holding my whole body up with my wrists and my feet (which are propped up on the rim of the tub, resting against the wall where the taps are mounted). Anyways, I came out of the water, and felt a sharp pain on my clitoris. It was directly on the surface, and when I used a mirror to look at it, it looked red and inflamed. The pain was very bad, and every time I moved there would be a sharp stabbing pain. When I was still, it was a dull ache. I figured it was from over-masturbating.

This was when I researched a little, and found out about the death of the clitoris. I was extremely worried, and held off from all masturbating for about three days. After that, the pain went away and I was able to masturbate and acheive orgasm again. I was extremely releived. Since then, I have been masturbating regularly again.

Do you know what this could've been? And is it possible to "kill" my clit from using the tap to masturbate?

Dr. Lin: 4/21/2005>The over-sensitive and painful clitoris results from prostaglandin E-2 induced inflammation in the local tissue in conjunction with the epinephrine and oxytocinergic action.
Chronically and frequently clitoral stimulation with a water jet or vibrator will induce prostaglandin E-2 induced inflammation and a collagen release for the formation of clitoral scar and fibrosis to disable the clitoral erection. If prostaglandin E-2 and excessive clitoral abrasion damage the deep clitoral or urethral/G-spot nerves, you will experience chronic clitoral or pelvic pain, in addition to the death of the clitoris and G-spot. Now, you got a warning sign of Over-masturbation.
Since you are young, only 15, your clitoral erectile tissues and nerves are very tender. When your clitoral tissue and nerve are damaged, you will need more and more powerful vibrating energy to trigger your orgasm, until you destroy the clitoral nervous function by excessive prostaglandin E-2, epinephrine and prolactin (instead of oxytocin).  You should experience the clitoral/G-spot functional problem in 1-2 years.
