Dear Dr Lin,

I'm a 29 years old male living in sydney. I have an Italian background. I have no other medical problem than the one listed below.

My problem started few years ago, gradually getting worse and worse.
I Have mild to modorate testicular pain all the time, I went to my doctor who after examining me put me on anti-inflammatory and pain killers. I didn't feel much better so I went back to him then he refered me to a specialist ( Urologist). The urologist examined my prostate and found it normal he ask me to do a blood test and Ultrasound for the scrotum area, but the results was absolutly fine ! The pain is there all the time and my erection is getting worse and worse. I wake up every morning now with no erection whatsoever I noticed my erection problem gradually getting worse , I reported that to the doctor and urologist but they have no explanation for that The worst part is i start to develope pain in my knees also specially if I force my self for an erection ( which is very soft anyway).. This is really stressing me out and make me more depressed :(((
I have to mention that I don't wear any tight underwears or pants. I always go swimming twice a week.
I'm really reluctant to see any more doctors or specialist ( I've seen 3 different doctors and 2 specialist) they all can't find explanations for what's happening to me !

I really hope you find an explanation for my case which is in summary all time testicular & knees pain, impotence and why the pain gets worse when i try to get erected even though its very soft !
Please also advise me with the treatment options for that..
