im a 19 year old college student who's been masturbating and smoking pot since about 7th grade. sometimes id over-indulge, but most of the time i kept it under control. when i was junior i took accuutane acne medicine, big mistake. now im just weaker in general, body and mind. my penis seems to have what looks like a liver spot and my testicle hairs are grey. im also uncircumsised and the head of my penis is almost always red (but some reason it gets better for a day whenever i smoke pot) i orgasm too quickly. i have occasional back pain and numbness. my intestines are all whack. i have trouble sleeping at night, concentrating, etc. i feel like ive aged many years though im only 19. doing any drugs especially marijuana seems to obviously make things worse and i feel the toxins flowing through my system but i dont really get "high" anymore, just a different state of mind. doctors say there's nothing wrong with me, prescribe me antibiotics and other drugs that don't do jack shit. what's the anatomy of the problem and what kind of exercises could help me get better fast?
