I'd like to ask you about another patient of mine. You have helped enormously with my patient who had lost her sense of smell and taste, and also the one with incontinence. They are both markedly improved.
This woman is 62 years. She is suffering fatigue and is overweight. Her Thyroid Stimulating Hormone test is normal but she has low body basal temperature. Her salivary DHEAS is lowish. She also has hearing loss and tinnitus.

Basically, her problems result from a low level of androgen hormones - hGH/DHEA/androstenedione/testosterone.
Androgen hormones are responsible for nervous sensitivity and life energy.
Overwieght indicates her liver produces excessive aromatase that convert androstenedione/testosterone into estrone and estradiol, respectively, instead of testosterone/DHT which generate body heat and nervous excitation and sensitivity.
In fact, the liver function is driven by the acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous function, but the ovarian and testicular functions are mainly by the dopamine nervous function.
Generally, a weak dopamine and acetylcholine/parasympathetic nervous function is responsible for hearing loss and tinnitus.
A low serotonin level in the brain can cause an excessive dopamine-adrenalin conversion, resulting in constriction of the blood vessels and tisuse against the local nerves and in deficiency of the prostaglandin E-1 to let the nerve withstand the constriction pressure. If it happens in the hearing nerves, ear ringing, hearing loss and tinnitus result.
