I am 24 years old and I have had a problem with premature ejaculation. I have had this problem since I was about 14 years old. I used to masterbate excessively from the time I was 10 years old, probably 3 times a day. I also spent my teenage years abusing drugs, marijuana ,alcohol, LSD, and cigerettes. I havent used any drugs for the last 4 years or so and I have stopped masterbating as well. I thought this would help me with my problem. I am unable to last inside my wife for longer than 15 seconds ,if that. I will ejaculate that quick even if she touches my penis with her hand. I hae been with my wife since high school and it used to not be a big problem because I used to be able to maintain my erection after an orgasm and I would be able to last for about 7 or 8 minutes before ejaculating again ,I could sometimes even go a 3rd time. This was enough to give her multiple orgasms. Since I turned about 19 I am no longer able to maintian my erection after that initial orgasm my penis immediatly goes limp and even if I am able to get it back up within a couple minutes , once I penerate my wife again its the some old 15 seconds and out(if that).
This doesnt really cause my wife alot of stress( unless she is just telling me that ), because I am able to pease her orally, but it is causing me stress to great degree, I used to love to give her an orgasm while I was inside of her and I havent been able to do that for the past 5 years, also the makes sex very dull for me , as soon as I put it in it is over, it is like I perform oral sex on her and then I immediately ejaculate once I penetrate her, it is the same thing every time. The only thing that ever helped was a drug called "paxil" but that stopped working after a few weeks ,and its side effects were killing me, I couldn't stay awakr for more than 3 hours at a time. Please HELP ME , I am 24 years old and feel like I get less use out of my penis than a 70 year old , This always been a problem for me.
