Just wanted to share some experiences I've had with the ballooning process. First of all - all your supplements are great. They are so potent that I only take 1/2 the dose and skip days - otherwise I get sympathetic fires due to excessive testosterone.

Anyway - I had engaged in the ballooning practice for about a year with average results. Now, I'm getting great results ever since I started walking for 1/2 hour in the morning prior to performing the practice. Simply walking at a slow speed increases circulation and seems to increase hormones. However - if I run prior to ballooning it doesn't work as well. Also - light weightlifting enhances the results - but heavy weightlifting will hurt your enlargement goals.

In sum - you have to work out smart if you want to enlarge your penis. Excessive excersise apparently takes all the hormones away from your penis and vital organs (heart, liver, kidney, spleen, lungs)- where they are needed the most. Thought you might share this with your readers.

Finally, bee pollen and royal jelly has skyrocketed my hormone levels as well. Is there a reason you haven't put these substances in your formulas as well?
