I am actually 18 years old, I have been a chronic masturbator since i was 13. I also have chronic back pain. I am to embarassed to tell my parent or anyone else. I have also been diagnosed with ADD, and am on medication. I am a really competitive athlete and the back injury is affecting me negativly. I also feel self concious, my self esteem is going down and i have become very anti-social. I am very depressed and still feel like im spacing out during classes. I really need some help!
