Victim of vasectomy suffers no libido and no sexual orgasm.

Thank you for your time. I am 36 years old and always had a very strong sex drive. Approx. eight years ago I had a vasectomy which I now regret and am considering trying to reverse. For about the last 4 years my sex drive has steadily decreased to almost nothing! I also suspect i am suffering from adrenal fatigue do to heavy coffee drinking and stress and so forth. I have replaced the coffe with green tea and have drank licorice tea, I have noticed a big improvement in overall feeling but still no sex drive.
My doctor assures me that vasectomy does not lower testosterone but i disagree. I plan on having my testosterone levels checked. I also am having a hard time finding a doctor who treats with nutritional methods.
Is there any hope of raising my testosterone levels back to normal assuming they are low due to the vasectomy, what are the normal levels for a male my age , and can i get my sex drive back? I have tried 2 diff. herbal supp. to raise my libido with little improvement. What supp. do you reccomend?
