Chronic Baterial Vaginosis and vaginal discharge for no sexual orgasm

Reader: 10/22/2002>chronic bacterial vaginosis-have been repeatedly treated with flagyl-i take acidophilus everyday-my partner has even been treated-this has been going on for about 9 months-before then, i never had it-i am currently not on any medications nor do i have any diseases-have douched with vinegar & water & betadine twice recently- i normally never douche-the discharge and odor disappear for a day or two, then return-please help-this seems to be something doctors do not know the exact cause of or how to treat it-thank you
