This is going to sound absolutely ridiculous, but I don't think I have a clitoris. My friend recently bought me a 4 1/2" pocket pleaser vibrator, which is a clitoral stimulator, and it doesn't do anything for me. I don't have any "feeling" in that area, and I do not think I have a clitoris, because I've looked several times, and it isn't there. Surely, if I had one, I would be able to see it and touch it and id have some sort of "feeling" but i just dont. I also have a 7" vibrator, which I try to use, but that doesn't do anything for me either. I have never experienced an orgasm before. I don't know why, I don't know what's wrong with me. I am really scared that when I am to have sexual intercouse (I am still a virgin) that the guy will laugh because he can't find my clitoris, and make me orgasm. I am very embarassed about this issue, and have no one to turn to about it. Could you please email me your opinions please. Thanks.
Dr. Lin: 10/12/2002> The glans clitoris, like the glans penis, is a testosterone-sensitive and DHT-dependent organ, why the labia minors and clitoral hood, like the penile foreskin, are estrogen-sensitive components.
The clitoral size, like the penile size, depends on the density of the DHT/testosterone receptors and the DHT/testosterone level.
If the blood flood frequently carries a lot of testosterone and neurochemicals to feed the clitoral spongy tissues, the clitoris will becomes larger. To prepare transexual operation, a woman can receive testosterone injection to grow her clitoral shaft into a small penis.
That is, to make your glans clitoris becomes more visible, you have to increase your testosterone level and your clitoral blood flow by dilating the clitoral arteries with the parasympathetic nervous erectile mechanism (acetylcholine => Nitric Oxide => cGMP dilator). The safe way to increase your testosterone level is to administrate the oral intake of androstenedione (the precursor of testosterone and estrone - the weak estrogen).
The clitoral sensitivity also depends on the testosterone and acetylcholine levels in the local tissues and neuro-msucular junctions (endings). When the blood flow carries more testosterone and/or acetylcholine precursors into the clitoral shaft, the clitoris will become more sensitive and erecting. This is a re-requirement condition for women to achieve orgasm.
Massaging both sides of the urethra from the 10 to 2 o'clock poistion, between the G-spot and Epicenter, with my screwing Finger Pliers method can improve the blood circulation.
