4 years ago I fell in love w/ my wife and felt very inadequete for her since she mentioned her x who was well endowed, = ( unfortunately I was so hurt but desperate to please her that I had an operation to enlarge my penis, they injected fat cells for width and cut a suspensory ligament for lenth.
Shortly after the surgery I was having serious pain and numbness everywhere the surgery gave me girth but not the length not to mention I could no longer get erections.... I realized this quick act of worry/love/selfishness tramatized my sex life, pride and self-esteem forever.
It is now a couple of years later and I have tried to take action against this worstening condition, from doing kgel exercises while getting aroused (watching film)to jelqing to vaccum pumping.
I still have the same issues which are numbness (I can feel some touching but not very light) I cannot keep an erection, especially if she squeezes me or pulls it down and I feel that I am still shrinking.

You should ask her why she left her well-endowed Ex before you went for the penile enlargement surgery..

The problem is, you cannot have a cut nervous fiber grafted or reconnected back although you can get the blood vessels grafted.
Organ transplant operation can only re-link the blood vessels but not nervous fibers. Penile or breast enlargement surgery generally can not avoid cutting some nerves.
I had a 0.25-inch deep cut in my finger. After a week, the wound has been healed back but I always feel numbness in the small section when I touch it.
The cut nervous fibers won't heal back.
