Penile brockage by the length extender and jelqing for no erection and no sexual orgasm

Dear ActionLove.com,
for a while i was doing some
jelqing. but, last month i was doing an exersize called the length extender,
an exersize where you pull the head of your flacid penis,
when all of a sudden i pulled my penis way too hard and heard and felt a
little pop. it didnt hurt just felt very awkward, like i pulled something
way too hard.since then it has been more difficult to get and maintain an
erection like before.I use to wake up every morning with an erection. the head of my penis is cold to the touch. when i do get an erection it usually points downward. I also use to be able to get a spontainous erection, but now i cant.i have stopped doing penis exersize since then. I need help, i think my girlfriend is unsatisfied with me.
