Case Study - > Weight lifting broke the penis, not good for sexual orgasm(unedited)
hi dr. lin,
first of all let me apologize for with-holding my personal information, but i just feel uncomfortable giving it at this time. i hope that this isn't a problem because i really do need your advice.
i am 20 years old and have caused myself unneccessary problems. all my life i had been concerned about how my penis grew erect upwards and not out away from the body and about a month and a half ago, did something very foolish.
for some reason i thought that by hanging weight on the head of the penis, i could gain more flexibility as my erection would be very hard and would make it difficult to bend downwards. i hung some weight for i believe about a week
on and off and sometimes even left the weight on when it wasn't erect, stretching my penis. well as i was about to cease this experiment...one night i felt my erection break. i felt no pain and the week after that things seemed fine.
perhaps i was just unaware that there was something wrong because at the time i was still able to get erections, but didn't pay attention as to how long the erection stayed. only after i had ejaculated did i notice that something was
wrong. something felt different.
since then, at first i was taking vitamins A, zinc (for normal reproductive growth development), calcium (for blood vessels), and lecithin (for nerves). also, i have been massaging the base even b4 encountering ur site, but more consistently after reading your case studies.
i have also recently bought a penis vacuum pump to aid im my recovery. things have gotten better, although there is discoloration still in the lower part of the tip, but i do have some questions for you that i hope you can answer.
1: what vitamins should i actually be taking if any?
2: will the discoloration eventually go away? and if not, how concerned should i be?
3: it seems that i now have a much harder time getting an erection and maintaining it. will it become easier to get an erection/maintain it again after a period of healing?
4: i am also concerned about my penis getting stretched because of the weight being left on when not erect...is there such a thing as penis hyperextension? could this also be the reason why i have trouble gaining/maintaining an erection now?
i am distraught at what i have done and have hopes that you can give me advice. i need an alternate solution to surgery as there is no way i can seek medical attention at this time as i am still a college student. thank you for your time dr. lin and i. your site and advice is much appreciated.
broken but hopeful
p.s. please reply as soon as possible if you can
Stop the weight lifting exercise of the penis. It produces more damaged than benefitted. In fact, there is not benefit at all.
1. No Vitamins or minerals can help.
2. Massage the hurting spot every day with the muscle rub, such as B?nG?y.
3. There is damage in the nerves and blood tubes, but they will be re-built
themselves. Massage will help the penis to recover.
4. I stretch (expand) the penis with my and her (the vagina) bioelectricities that drive blood pumping to power up the penis. There is no way to stretch it with ant external forces. I use the internal force
developed through intercourse.
YOUNG MEN SHOULD STOP USING ANY MECHANICAL FORCE IN AN ATTEMPT TO ENLARGE THE PENIS.
It will damage the penis!
Massaging the low abdomen, the penis base and footing, and the penis shaft every day, with pressure makes your erection last longer.
