Case Study -  An old goat's penile enlargement experience - curving the penis downward for no erection and  sexual orgasm.

Dr Lin,
I am a 58 year old male. A couple of years ago I started to notice a decrease in my ability to sustain an erection. I started to take 50mg DHEA a day, plus a supplement called cobra . The results have been mild, at best. However what concerns me most is a condition that occured after trying some penile excercises supposedly to make it grow larger. It appears that I have achieved nothing but scar tissues, whereupon, when I can achieve an erection, my penis is now pointing down (while erect) instead of up (like it used to). That is very troubling to me. After discovering your website and reading at length I am doubly upset , for it seems there is little I can do to change that situation.
Please help !! Is there anything at all I can do to at least make it better ?
I wish I could get rid of those scare tissues.
Also I need help in the erection department. I am not as firm as I was a coule of years ago and I get erections less often.

You may take a little too much DHEA. My advice is, reduce your DHEA intake to 25-30 mg a day and add a little androstenedione 50-60 mg with some aromastase (or estrogen) blockers to balance your testosterone-estrogen ratio. Your brain need a balance spectrum of all hormones (including estrogen!) to function. You also need the brain, cardiovascular, kidney/prostate and liver nutrients to uplift your acetylcholine, dopamine and serotonin systems, enhance your heart functions to pump more blood flow into your penis and detoxify your body (heart, liver, kidney and prostate at least).
Penile exercises, stretching, weightlifting, hanging or pumping usually produces a downward curvature for the penis as a result of the breaking down the penile spongy tissues (interchained tiny blood balloons). It can make the penis appear longer in the flaccid state, but loss the full erection in the erectile state due to the damage of the parasympathetic endings in the penile arteries. I had such a horror experience with penile pumping in 1993. I pumped my penis once a day. After penile pumping, I cannot erect my penis upward. I have stopped penile pumping after having done it for 2 months during the spring of 1993. I have realized the destruction of the practice. The pump cost was US$64.00, but the resulted damage is more than that. I then started to search for a formula to heal the damaged nerves. I got it all and have restored my erection power and angle. Since seniors and middle-age men have stiffer penile tissues than young and teenage men (young and tender!) do, the damage for the older folks is mainly in the parasympathetic nervous endings, but less in the spongy tissue structure.
