sometimes i feel pains in my left abdominal testi, and the left testi became soft than the right. i became fell loss of
libido,loose of hair,muscle weakness, and pain in all body in morning. i went 5 times to an urologist(private), but he didn´t tell me nothing abaout my problem.just based on blood tests results he order me 3 pills of ANDRIOL 40mg/day (undeconat of
testosteron); i am following this treatment from 2 months, but i dont fell nothinng. I can´t have espontaneous erection during the
night or by the mornig.
I am very depressed, and i just think in suicid; every people joke with me and saying that i´am homosexual because i run from girls (because i know that i can have sex) even my pupils say this kind of things.i am primary teacher and every year I change
from region, to run from this kind of situations, but i can´t scape more i am very tired.
the doctors in public services are very slow (we have to wait 6\7 months for a consultation) and for particular doctors i dont have money (it´s very expensive). I live alone and i am a work/student, when i arrive from work or university, I spent much hours trying found answers by internet. I am writting for you because your institution is prime line on research.

could it be hypogonadism, caused by tumor on pituitary gland? based on my blood tests,is my situation reversible? what kind of treatment should i follow?

Here are my comments on the information you e-mailed me:
1. Your free testosterone is very high, resulting from the testosterone therapy drug. This testosterone level will cause premature ejaculation for you. Warning: Testosterone Therapy results in testicular shrinkage.
2. Your estradiol level is too high, It indicates your liver produces a lot of aromatase.
