Hi Dr. Lin:
I want to ask you a question about kegel exercises. I've read much
information in different magazine and book articles that performing
kegels is strongly recommended for men to start performing. I've asked
a local doctor about this and he says this is not recommended. He only
recommend it if there is a urinary problem with dribble or leakage.
What is your opinion? My main reason for wanting to do this is (I'm 40)
that I want to have a firmer erection as in my earlier years.
Secondly, I am experiencing marital problems and it has been about a
year now since any action has taken place. I have started to exercise
and get myself in shape. I have started to perform kegel exercises,
also exercise the gluteus (the gluts exercises supposedly improves the
thrusting power). As mentioned earlier it has been about a year since
any action and currently I really feel good. It is a more youthful
feeling. I often wonder if the exercises are actually working or am I
perhaps just getting into my prime. I feel like I could go all night.
What do you think could be going on. Using common sense I know I am
horny after a years time, but at the same time could it be something
else going on also because I feel darn good. Oh, to fill you in I was
separated and we're now we're living living under one roof as roommates
not as husband and wife.
Please send me a reply trying to keep the answers separate, thanks.

Oop! Kiegel Exercises causes premature ejaculation for men, particularly during sex.
The reason: Contraction of the prostate muscle and prostate triggers the prostate's sympathetic nerve to fire up ejaculation.
When erection is weak, men tend to contract the prostate muscle to stimulate the prostate for assistance of erection. A long-term practice of this exercise will help the muscle to develop more testosterone, DHT and oxytocin receptors like what the builders do for their muscles. These hormone receptors make men and women to achieve orgasm more easily, in addition to the erection of the penis, clitoris and G-spot, due to the fact that there are more hormones trapped in the sex organs. This is a good news for women, but a bad news for men since the prostate will get more stimulated by too much testosterone burned into DHT.
If you understand the role of the parasympathetic neurotransmitter Acetylcholine (ACh) and the erection neurotransmitter Nitric Oxide (NO) in the erection of the penis, you won't want to have too much testosterone burned into DHT in your prostate. You should let the testosterone burning happen in your penile and tailbone tissues to maximize your erection (natural enlargement of your penis with sexual intercourse) and prolong sex for more than 45 minutes without ejaculation.
Please read http://www.actionlove.com/extra/pe.htm
All over my websites or my book, I have never advised men to practice the so-called Kiegel Exercise; instead, I have always suggested your guys practice the tailbone muscular exercise (Anal Breathing Method) to channel the sexual energy from the prostate back to the brain via the spinal cord (water pathway) and the Governing Vessel (the fire pathway) of the acupuncture network. This method can make men last more than 60 minutes as described in the listing of
However, you must have a natural erection in the first place, as a measure that you have sufficient Ach and NO in your system to produce the erection dilator cGMP. Then, the testosterone burning in the penile tissues and tailbone muscles can power up the penis to an extreme size that blocks nervous transmission of the sexual stimulation from the glans penis to the prostate. In this way, you can last for a long long time during sex.
So, to power up your penis, it requires a dual action and interaction from the brain-testicular action and the parasympathetic ACh->NO->cGMP action (the liver-nervous biochemical translation mechanism!). Don't ignore the role of the liver P450 detoxification system in the sexual functions.
It seems you have experienced the midlife transition - the so-called male menopause. You liver is aging to the point that its P450 system can no long supply sufficient enzymes to translate what you eat to the amino acids, neurotransmitters and hormones to retain the same body function as that in your teenage and 20s. In this regard, ViaPal-hGH-D (item 3-012) can solve your problem, http://www.actionlove.com/mail/herbform.htm
Husband and wife have lost their passion toward each other due to this reason - no sufficient love fuels the testosterone and oxytocin hormones to continue their romantic fires!
To keep a good love relationship, loving couples must make love and have orgasm very frequently. Oxytocin is not only the orgasm hormone, but also the relationship hormone. You should open more communication with your "roommate" to reconcile each other. Introduce her this website for more action love.
