Case Study - Keys and mechanism of Vaginal sexual orgasm
Reader: 4/12/2000>
I am a 38-year-old woman. I have been having orgasm through masturbation since age 2 or 3 but cannot achieve this with a male partner. My current partner is a healthy, 46-year-old male. He has been very patient and experimental in trying to make me orgasm (he often won't during lovemaking since I can't). I would love to achieve this and am a very sexual and easily aroused individual. I enjoy intercourse and other sexual adventures a great deal. Have I become too used to pleasuring myself. Is there a way I can relearn achieving orgasm with a partner rather than myself?
Dr. Lin: 4/14/2000>
Vaginal orgasm requires the brain/pituitary to release Orgasm Hormone Oxytocin to induce uterine contraction while clitoral orgasm doesn't. To make this happen, your body must produce a testosterone burst and burning to supercharge your parasympathetic sexual nerve and to produce sufficient arterial dilator or erection/engorgement mediator Nitric Oxide (NO) and stimulating chemical cycle GMP (cGMP) in the smooth muscle inside the arteries of your sex organs, during sexual encounter.  As long as you can expand or tent up your vagina and he can stimulate your Epicenter and cervix with
his hard penis (soft erection won't work! Otherwise, use my Finger Pliers Method ) without pain, your brain/pituitary should be able to produce a burst of Oxytocin to drive your vaginal orgasm with uterine contraction for you.
The possible problems are:
1. Insufficient testosterone or testosterone receptors in the urethral tissues from the G-spot to Epicenter (the female degenerated prostate as shown in http://www.actiontao.com/image/lovetool.jpg  ).
2. Insufficient Oxytocin or Oxytocin receptors in the uterine tissues.
3. Excessive progesterone inhibits the brain/pituitary to produce Oxytocin for uterine contraction. This is why women in the Luteal Phase (the high temperature period as shown in http://www.actiontao.com/image/cycle.jpg) won't get orgasm easily, and why the pregnant women have increased difficulties to experience vaginal orgasm.
Excessive progesterone binding to receptors in uterine smooth muscle inhibit smooth muscle contractility and prevention of uterine contraction - for no orgasm.
4. Excessive Stress hormones or Estradiol (super-potent, bad estrogen, due to the liver Aromatasation or birth control pill) shadows the hormonal receptors in the urethral and uterine tissues, which block the reception of testosterone, DHEA and Oxytocin.
Excessive estrogen in the body having thicken the Vaginal lining coating the G-spot nerve and dampening the sensitivity of the nerve along the urethra from the G-spot to Epicenter, and promoting the production of orgasm inhibitor Prolactin.
Medication, alcohol, smoking and birth control pill usually dampen the brain/nervous/endocrine/liver functions in silence. Women's brain/nervous/endocrine/liver functions are more sensitive to chemicals/stress than men's because the average testosterone level in the female bloodstream is about 5% of that in the male.
Sex is in the brain. So, let ViaPal-hGH-D (item 3-012)  modify your brain function and power your brain/nervous/endocrine/liver/cardiovascular functions for better sexual and orgasmic responses..
