I DID suffer from over-masturbation but by using your products, I have regained an erection to around the 2 o'clock position. 1. Take either ViaGowth-II (no more than 2 tablets) or Androbolic (1 tablets).
2. To last longer, you should drink FibraTea (1 dropper) + Ginseng Power Max 4X (1 drooper) each time and have it 2 or 3 times that day for sex.
You need a low dose of ViaGrowth-II (or III) or Androbolic to fuel your body, but if there is too much testosterone in your prostate, you will come too quick. That is, you need testosterone to hold a long erection, but you don't want it to heat up your prostate. In order to optimize this condition, you must take a low-dose, but optimal, amount of supplements to prevent overheating your prostate with testosterone; taking Fibra + Ginsseng Power Max 4X can power your erection to an extreme by reducing the stress hormone adrenaline and blocking its receptors in the prostate. It is very critical to reduce the stress hormone production for a long lovemaking session. That is, you want an extreme erection without overloading or overheating your prostate, with an optimal level of testosterone. Using the extreme, but relaxed, erection to block the urethral nervous transmission from the glans to the prostate, you will last very long.
In fact, you don't need any extra vitamins according to your erection power. All you need are vegetables, fruits, seeds, nuts and soy products. Drink a lot of juices, at least 16 oz per day. My suggested diet will keep your prostate cool and calm, even there is a lot of testosterone in your body.
