Case Study: Clitoral pain and sexual orgasm

I can"t Make it more than one time and that is with effort. My "Little Dick" hurts if it is touched at the wrong time which is most of the time during foreplay. The clitoral pain can result from
1. irritation of the local nerves due to too much friction or long-term foreplay, 2. a lack of estrogen, DHEA, or Nitride Oxide (NO) in the local tissues to dilate the blood vessels and nervous fibers.
Before proceeding to the stimulation of the glans clitoris, you must get a deep massage for your labia major/grions/pubis first, to promote the local blood circulation for bringing in more DHEA, estrogen, and NO to help relax and dilate the nervous fibers and tissues in the clitoral shaft and glans. Please refer to Zones 1 and 2 in
for the initiation massage.
Note that you should lubricate the massaged area first. Vitamin-E oil can be used as a lubricant.
Massaging Zones 1 and 2 should be very careful. Before massaging Zones 1 or 2, the boundary between Zones 2 and 4 should be massaged first. The clitoral nervous fibers are very concentrated under this bounday. My Finger Plier Method applys a finger to exterting a lot of pressure on the bounday which is about the 1-o'clok position, as shown in the attached file (Fgplierx.jpg). The pressure stimulation should be alternatively applied to both sides of the clitoral shaft first in every 1-3 minutes. The Finger Plier Method can be used to massage the clitoral base and G-spot at the same time, focusing on the 1 o'clock position and avoiding the direct stimulation of the glans. If the clitoral pain is gone, you can have the clitoral shaft and glans massaged with a squeezing pressure. When the clitoris is fully powered, the clitoral pain will be gone. The Screw Finger Plier Technique can be used to perform a continuous, alternative massage between the 11- and 1-o'clock position. You can also use the 3-point Exitation Position to stimulate the clitoris and G-spot/Epicenter at the same time. Generally speaking, you should give your clitoris a few-minute break in every 3-5 minutes to prevent overstimulation.
