Case Study:  Over-masturbation. serotoninergic nervous disorders, sympathetic nervous fight and flight, and premature ejaculation
Reader: 3/12/2011>
Dear Dr. Lin,
I am a 27 year old male with and I have problem with premature ejaculation. I am living with this since my first sexual intercourse at age 18, and I had masturbated on daily bases since age of 12 or so. Well, for short period of time I managed to recover from this as one doctor prescribed serotonin modulating anti depressive (I forgot which one exactly). I have consumed it for a three months, several years ago and during that time I was in steady relationship. I could last for a 10-15 minutes and this was maintained after I stop using a drug, for several months.
After that I didn't had any girlfriend for long time (last three years), with some casual sex only a few times per year. Well the problem of premature ejaculation returned soon after I stopped having regular sex and it's getting worse with time. Now I am ejaculating as soon as I penetrated. I changed my masturbation habits long time ago, now I do it maybe once per week or less, and I am trying to follow the instructions from actionlove.com, but this doesn't seem to help.
Also, I had lower abdomen and lower back pain pain years ago, but this is gone now. Lower abdomen pain still can occur for short period of time if I hold the ejaculation for to long during masturbation. One more thing, ejaculation fluid is still transparent, a bit less then before though.
I would really appreciate if you could give me some advice on this. I want to avoid taking the anti depressive drug again, and I hope that is not the only solution.
Thank you in advance!
Best regards,

You have sexual exhaustion symptoms with severe serotonin and GABA nervous control disorders. Randomly sexual encounter usually causes the sympathetic nervous Fight (premature ejaculation) and Flight (going limp), in particular with serotoninergic nervous disorders.  You need a steady relationship to solve the sympathetic nervous fight and flight. You are Long-term abstinence induces sexual anxiety due to excessive semen containing a high level of condensed, concentrated prostaglandin E2 and histamine, as described in
Penile sensitivity, erection, semen retention and prostate pains

Non-orgasmic semen retention is as bad as over-ejaculation; both are for no more sexual orgasm ,but for sympathetic nervous pains and burning. What is different between both cases in term of the dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine conversion?

A high level of the prostaglandin E2 and histamine can short the ejaculation/orgasm reflex circuits from Discs L1-L3.
You have to restore your serotonergic nervous function and increase your central and local endorphin release to shut off the orgasmic reflex arcs in L1-L3 and to educe your penile sensitivity.

yes, You will  need ViaPal-hGH-J(3-015) and Pineatonin (2-002), plus FishOil(1000 mg each meal)  to help you gradually rejuvenate your neuro-endocrine function and  boost your prostaglandin E-1/E-3 and Nitric Oxide production for healing.

You also have to detrain the ejaculation/orgasm reflex arcs of L1-L3.
