Yes, your main sexual damage is a result of diabetes and hypertension, followed by vibrator abuse.
Vertical C-section won't fully cut off the CN-X vagal nerves to your clitoris, g-spot and uterus. 
Vibrator abuse generally damage the surface neuro-muscular sensors and sub-surface nerves (cell body, dendrites and myelin).
