Dear Dr. Lin,
Which of your supplements are best for reversing prematurely graying hair and thinning hair? At age 37, my libido is at an all time high. I usually make love to my woman ONLY on the weekends. We make love an average of 3-4 times a day about 45-60 minutes. I ejaculate an average of 4 times per month. I know how to regulate my frequency. yes, you have to get a better sleep to reduce the Yang (norepinephrine) fire which promotes the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) bleaches your hair and that thins your hair.
Your norepinephrine and cortisol level after 10 PM remain too high to induce the pineal and retinal melatonin release. Without sleeping, your norepinephrine and cortisol will stay high.
You should not expose your eyes to bright light during the night.
