Case Study:  Jelqing penile exercises ruined his erection and love night

Dear Dr. Lin,
So I started doing Jelqing exercises in the shower for about a month, working on PE. The only heat I used before jelqing was the hot water. I think I may have been pushing the exercise too hard. About a week ago I slept with a girl, we started having sex and everything was fine, and then I lost my erection before I had an orgasm. It ruined the night. The next morning we tried again. I had an erection at the very start from foreplay, but before we got our cloths off it was gone. Ive been reading about how jelqing can cause damage to the blood valves, making it harder to get an erection and easy to loose. I have noticed that my erections are much weaker, and much more difficult to obtain. I have no pain or soreness, just very weak erections that go away as soon as I stop masturbating (even before orgasms). It may be important to note that I masturbated just about everyday, but am stopping that now. I dont know if that has anything to do with the issue at hand. I am v! ery worried about my future in terms of ED... do you know anything I can do to overcome these issues?

You are too young to have erectile dysfunction at 22.
