Hello Dr. Lin!
Before all I must say that I highly appreciate your work and you are probably the only person that can give me some advice of what is probably going on and how to get out of this horryfying situation.
Here is my story: I've had it tough when I went to study to Greece, it was just awful.. I was so miserable there with no friends and foreign language that I started masturbating every day 5 to 10 times a day .. crazy eh.. I though it was harmful but didn't even had PC at first or internet to check, or much money to stay in the club.. so this lead to numerous symptoms that became UFO for me like night sweating, sharp heart pains, and totally miserable life.. I dont even want to remember it, cause it is over! This lyfestyle persisted for some time (about a year) when I fell in love with a girl but of course I was sexually exhausted so couldn't deliver anything when we got to bed. This was a huge blow and I even cried several times because of it.. I finally became aware that I'm sexually exhausted and diminished sexual frequency (this was 2 years ago). If I had found your site earlier I may have been cured by now, or would never have similar problems, but you know doc.. when you are so miserable you have a brain fog that doesn't even let you even think rationally.
Since these 2 years I got my life on track. I got quite rich with a new business and the sexual exhaustion diminished. But here is the problem I write you about. Before a year I had a knee surgery that put me on bed for a month, since my job is sedentary I allowed myself to stay in bed most of the time and developed weak cardio system over about 8 months of 7-8 hours a day lying on a bed (funny since I used to be the football star in the high school, life is full of ironies I guess) so gradually I started experiencing problems with masturbation itself! It would cause me heart palpitations and anxiety so I diminished the frequency to once a week or even two weeks.. I started to become more anxious and anxious and masturbating would lead me to this very ill state so I diminished it further. And 2 months ago I had a panic attack due to an illness that caused fever and elevated heart rate. After the panic attack I became more anxious of everything that will elevate my heart rate , I also became quite dizzy after eating so I gradually stopped eating (this was stupid, but the perception of fullness gradually altered so less food seemed pretty much) so I got to a state of 7-8 hours lying on a bed in front of the computer and eating 1 or 2 slices of bread with something for a whole day - I lost 7 kilograms and from 67 became 60. ALL this was till a month ago. And then I had a major breakdown.. I couldn't stand of my bed because this would cause extreme adrenaline rush and the most severe heart palpitations I can imagine with 200 beats per minute.... I really thought I was gonna die. I managed to get going on a beta blockers and started eating - this was a huge fight, my body would just not accept food anymore but I kept on going with a strong will and I did it.. I started going out walking for 1-2 hours (this was a tough one) and eating, got 4-5 kilograms I've lost in just 2 weeks. And here am I now! The current state I'm in is quite good if I have to m! ake a comparison, for just a month I managed to get huge improvement -
I bettered my cardio and can walk for hours, run, and do other physical stuff like even weightlifting, my kilograms are back, my anxiety is less, but adrenaline would still shoot in mildly threatening situations so I can't masturbate or relieve any sexual tension. And here is the problem I would like to ask you about! Since I can't relieve any sexual tension, I get wet dreams now and again and they are accompanied with such an adrenaline rush and I get so severe heart palpitations that I feel physical pain and choking sensation.. well it is just horrible and I'm a bit afraid to go to sleep since I don't want to receive this adrenaline rush through the wet dream again.. what should I do? What in your oppinion is causing this and what should be the cure? Is this because of the sexual tension, or just because of my weakened nervous state that is overshooting adrenaline in many situations? Is there anything that will help me, like a mild masturbation(but I can't ejaculate of fear) to burn some neurohormones? Or any product that may help me?

Your conditions result from the neuroplasticity of the hypothalamic and adrenal dopamine-norepinephrine-epinephrine for chronic sympathetic nervous fight or/and flight responses, as a result of chronic over-masturbation.
In other word, chronic over-masturbation or orgasm have trained your hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis constantly releases excessive norepinephrine and epinephrine and severely depleted the central dopamine, cholinergic, serotonin and GABA nervous function; chronic elevation of norepinephrine, epinephrine and their induced prostaglandin E2 with depletion of dopamine, cholinergic, serotonin and GABA nervous function leads to the nervous deformation or plasticity of the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis for chronically sexual exhaustion problems.
To reverse this problem, you will have to elevate your dopamine, acetylcholine, serotonin, GABA and endorphin nervous function while reducing the effects of  norepinephrine, epinephrine and prostaglandin E2 and the sympathetic nervous action on the brain and prostate.
