I appreciate your help very much, and i want to further research in this subject because i am very curious individual. VPJ package, arginox, 5-htp, detoxia, and vip cream are the items i have, now my main goal is to ENLARGE my tool and i know the change will be gradual but that is ok i am very patient. today i took moodmax,Arginox in the morning dopafibra around 1 oclock, and detoxia,VG3,and 5-htp at night. i wanted to ask if you reccomend certain food that will help in enlargement process. Dr. Lin: 7/15/2009>Yes, high protein foods and sea foods such as  fishes, shrimp, oyster and sea weeds,  can boost your tool up.
Seeds, nuts,  egg white, turkey, chicken and organic beef are the good sources of proteins.
If you eat egg, limit one egg yoke a day.
Sugar and other carbohydrate foods such as pasta, rice and bread can reduce your enlargement process, but  you still need some carbohydrates to avoid anxiety.
You need vegetables and fruits for anti-oxidants.
eat 10% carbohrydrate, 40% proteins, and 50% vegetables and fruits.
Limit your ejaculation frequency to once every other day, about 3 times a week in total. If possible, reduce your ejaculation frequency to once every 3 days.
In the morning, you can hold erection longer than in the afternoon and evening.
It is OK to hold it up for few minutes in the afternoon or evening without stimulating; of course, the longer, the better.
It will take about 3-6 months to have a full recovery. But, you are over-weight! Your estrogen level is too high. This affects your sexual power.
1 hour walk or jog every day actually helps you get recover faster.
Slow running at about 5-6 miles per hour can help you too.
