Started masturbating age 12 and have been ejaculating through masturbation and sex for an average of twice a day for the last 13 years. The last 12 months I noticed that it took several days after each ejaculation to regain my mental and physical strength. I would feel like I was in hell for days on end. Also since stopping completely, its made my whole body stiff/sore so I cannot exercise which never was before, made depression/anxiety even worse, basically feels like since stopping ejaculating my  whole body is dieing a slow death. At least when i was ejaculating I was still better some of the time. My body feels dead now!

How can I repair my brain/body so that depression, apathy, anxiety, memory loss, suicidal thoughts are repaired?
How can I still have sex/masturbation without ejaculating and not lose all my sperm in a wet dream?I want to conserve it unless its for a baby only mostly. Your problems are the typical sexual exhaustion symptoms, due to inflammatory responses to excessive norepinephrine/epinephrine production, neuroplasticity of the depleted dopamine, cholinergic/acetylcholine (vagal/parasympathetic), serotonin, GABA nervous systems(damaged neurons and synapses),  neuroplasticity of the overactive central noradrenergic(norepinephrine)/noradrenergic(epinephrine) and histamine and  sympathetic nervous  systems(outgrown neurons and synapses),  exhausted dopamine-hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal and -testicular axis, and excessive glutamate and cortisol release.

The psychological disorders are mainly due to the dopamine, cholinergic/acetylcholine (vagal/parasympathetic), serotonin, GABA nervous disorders in the limbic system, where the cholinergic/acetylcholine (vagal/parasympathetic), serotonin, GABA nervous systems are too weak to control the dopamine-norepinephrine/epinephrine conversion.
