Hi, Im a 22 year male. I want any input you can give. I have no extreme conditions, however, I don't want to welcome any either. I started masterbating at 12 or 13, and it became an addiction as I got older. In result I suffer premature ejaculation. I cut back around 18 or 19, because I noticed the color wasn't white as it used to be and when I went to release my bows my pc muscles were extremely sore. After cutting back on sex and masterbation the color returned, the soreness went away but if I do it more than 3 times in a week it will likely cause pain. My pe has been troubling, I have last from 2 minutes to 30 minutes. Usually I average 3-5 without a condom. But I cant find a solution aside from topical numbing spray which work but numbs her in the process. Im concerned ive done damage to my uretha because after ejaculation it continously leaks for a few minutes and I squeeze and squeeze until its all out. Have I done any damage by doing this? I would like to regain a full erection, it has about 85%-90% of its maximum, and its goes straight out and not upward when erect. and cock rings work but you cant use them all the time.
