Hello Dr. Lin,

I am trying to decide which of your products would be best for my problem but I'm having trouble. Here are my issues:

I am a 29 year old male in very good shape who started having fatigue/concentration and hair loss issues as well as weak sexual performance last year. I had blood work and a saliva test done. My blood work looked perfect, but my hormone text showed that my cortisol was low when it was supposed to be high and vice versa. Also, my dhea levels were low. Because of this, my testosterone levels were VERY low. I think my adrenal function is messed up and I don't know how to fix it.

I started supplementing with Tongkat Ali 2,000 mg of 1:50 extract. I take this product 4 days a week and I take 3 days off. This product has single handedly restored my sex drive and I tend to think about sex whenever I see a cute girl walk by and I also now have spontaneous erections but only occasionally and only when on TKA. The problem is, for the three days I am off the TKA, I feel back to my old self again. 

These are the other supplements I am taking:

Lysine 1000mg twice a day
Tyrosine 1000mg
Tryptophan (instead of 5tp) 500mg
Borage oil 4,000mg
High vitamin Cod liver oil 1 tsp
Lecithin 2,000mg
Zinc lozenges 50mg
Tongkat ali 50 to 1 extract 4 day cycle
Day 1 400mg
Day 2 800mg
Day 3 2,000mg
Day 4 2000mg
Day 5-7 none

Here are my questions:

1. My biggest problem is being able to maintain an erection for more than a little while. I can get erect easily, but as I'm having sex, if I stay really hard I have to cum very quickly, but if I let my arousal drop where I wont ejaculate, I can only stay semi-hard. I don't know what is wrong because I try not to look at porn and I only ejaculate once a week. Also, after I cum I have no interest in sex at all for the entire next day, but 2 days later I can get horny again. Why is this?

2. I am thinking of purchasing LastLonger but do you think there is a better product for me?

3. When I have spontaneous erections sometimes (usually in morning) my penis gets almost painful hard and I don抰 even have to get myself aroused. But the erection is a lot smaller than normal. Very thin, and the head is not filled up. Why is this?

4. I used to take 1,000mg of arginine but I found that it made me cum quicker and made me feel very drained after I came. Should I go back to taking it?

5. How often should I be ejaculating? Should I abstain for cumming for a month or so until I get better?
