Case Study:  Sex causes his acne outbreak - solution

Hi, ive been masturbating since about age 14 and im 22 now. Up untill now I use to masturbate on average 1-2 times a day. I recently learned about the effects of diet and sexual activity on acne so ive switched to a perfect diet eating only natural chicken and turkey, along with low starch veggies. I also take cod liver and borage oil. The diet really helped my acne a lot but my only only clears completely when i quit all sexual activity along with eating healthy. My question is what can I do to stop sex from causing acne. I no longer masturbate of have sex excessively but even when i do it once i get new pimples every time . Also eating beef or any red meat causes acne to. I guess i have excess series 2 prostaglandins and overall horomonal imbalance. I dont have any sexual problems my only concern is why does sex cause acne every time i do it and what can i do to stop it???? Also i noticed when i quit all sexual activity i have more energy and overall i just look better. Thanx for any imput.
Dr. Lin: 6/20/2007>Sex can increase DHT, Yang-type stressor epinephrine, histamine, prostaglandin E2 or inflammatory factors to induce acne outbreak. The DHT, histamine and prostaglandin E2 synthesis can be done in the skin which acts an endocrine gland as long as the bloodstream contains sufficient enzymes, such as 5-alpha reductase, L-histidine decarboxylase and COX-2  or inflammatory factors cytokines for the hormone or biogenic amine productions with sufficient sympathetic nervous action and stimulation.  
You can add PinealTonin to reduce the release of epinephrine, histamine, and prostaglandin E2 or inflammatory factors such as Interleukin-8 or IL-8).  (Exposing the heat or sunlight, excessive sex, stress, insufficient sleep, inflammatory or Yang-type foods or drinking (for example: caffeine-related foods or excessive Omega-6 foods) can trigger the skin's neuro-endocrine function too when there is sufficient sympathetic nervous action and stimulation on the cells.
