Thanks for your information doc, i meant to write sooner but i was busy with work. I wanted to tell you that the information you give helped me a lot. I discovered your site when i was a student, 3 years ago. I studied your methods a lot since then. The first years i spent as a student were desastrous, i had chaotic way of life: drinking, sex orgies, non-healthy eating habbits. That cost me a lot: hepatite A, kidney problems. I was telling you in an earlier mail that after a few minutes of your anal breathing method i don't have to contract the tail bone muscles anymore, because i feel like the whole spinal cord is vibrating. I got "addicted" so i'm doing it at work too, it relaxes me a lot. I sit at the office a lot so i started experiencing disconfort in the middle section, so i came up with something, i strech and do short exercices every 40-60 minutes, they help a lot, and after i get home, i massage the lower back, groins perineun area. It feels really good. I even convinced my girl to accept a short massage session after work (she has blood circulation problems, so i think it helps).
Do you think that i do your breathing method to much?I mean, sometimes i feel my tail bone heating so much that i sends vibrations through all my body, warming me up. It usually happens when i do the anal breathing technique for at least 30 minutes.(don't get me wrong, it's very plesant) But is that ok? Am i not overreacting?

Dr. Lin: 2/15/2006>Nothing wrong with that. The anal-tailbone muscles are supposed to vibrate and radiate the heat wave in the tailbone and spine once your focus your mind into there.
When you sit too long, you block the blood circulation and the vagus nervous transmission in your low abdomen. This can increase your stress level and eliminate spontaneous erection.
You need a stretching exercise in the area very often 5-10 minutes every hour, followed by 5-minute anal breathing to circulate you Chi from your low abdomen back your tailbone, spine and brain. In this way, you will do anal breathing for about 30-60 minutes totally every day.
The blockage of the blood circulation and vagus nerves in the low abdomen is very critic to the women's ovarian function.
Massaging the entire abdomen can boost the ovarian function and can improve women to get pregnant.
